COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel
Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,
We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of Lower Saxony. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.
An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:
General
Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?
The travel requirements depend on the current hospitalisation rate in Lower Saxony. Look it up here..
The following conditions apply:
• 3G-rule: At a local hospitalisation rate under 3, people are only allowed to stay at a hotel in Lower Saxony if they are fully vaccinated, recovered or tested negative (antigen test certificate no older than 24 hours, PCR test no older than 48 hours, self-tests not accepted).
• 2G-rule: At a local hospitalisation rate between 3 and 6, people are only allowed to stay at a hotel in Lower Saxony if they are fully vaccinated or recovered.
• 2G+-rule: At a local hospitalisation rate higher thanh 6, people are only allowed to stay at a hotel in Lower Saxony if they are fully vaccinated or recovered and additionally tested negative (antigen test certificate no older than 24 hours, PCR test no older than 48 hours, self-tests not accepted).
• Children and teenager up to the age of 18 years are allowed to access the 3G and 2G areas regardless.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in one hotel room?
Persons of one shared household together with persons of one more household are allowed to stay in one room.
Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?
Yes, it is mandatory to wear a surgical mask or an FFP2 mask at all times in all public hotel areas.
Is there the possibility of digital contact tracing?
Yes, digital contact tracing in our hotel is carried out via the Corona-Warn-App and the luca app.
Further measures taken by the hotel:
- Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
- In order to protect both our guests and employees, the front desk is equipped with plexiglass panes.
- Public areas are cleaned and disinfected at a higher frequency.
- Access to lifts and the entrance area is limited to a certain number of people. For more information, please refer to the signage on site.
- Hotel rooms, sanitary areas and meeting rooms area disinfected daily.
Gastronomy
Breakfast
We currently offer our regular breakfast buffet again. No reservation is required for the breakfast.
Breakfast times:
Monday - Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Saturday & Sunday: 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Restaurant
Outside of the breakfast hours, our restaurant remains closed until further notice
Bar
Due to the current regulations, our hotel bar remains closed until further notice.
Room service
Currently we do not offer room service. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Half board
Currently we do not offer a half board option.
Meetings & Events
Function rooms
Due to the current situation, our function room capacities are limited to a maximum of 60 people. The mandatory minimum safety distance must be kept during events. Contact us for further questions.
